We are looking for a driven and energetic Sales Representative (Outdoor / Field Sales) to join our team. If you enjoy being on the ground, meeting customers daily, hitting KPIs and earning attractive commissions on top of a stable basic salary, this role is for you.
Responsibilities :
• Visit, service, and conduct sales at assigned areas, outlets / Melawat, memberi perkhidmatan, dan melakukan jualan di kawasan/outlet yang telah ditetapkan
• Visit at least 20 outlets per day / Melawat sekurang-kurangnya 20 outlet setiap hari
• Expand into new areas/states as approved and assigned / Menembusi kawasan/negeri baharu yang telah diakui & dipersetujui
• Achieve monthly sales targets / Mencapai sasaran jualan bulanan
• Explore, identify, and recruit wholesalers within assigned areas / Meneroka, mengenal pasti & merekrut pemborong di kawasan yang ditetapkan
• Explain Trade Marketing mechanics (National or Local Programs) / Menerangkan mekanik Pemasaran Perdagangan (Program Nasional atau Tempatan)
• Ensure all outstanding balances at outlets are collected before the due date / Memastikan semua baki tertunggak di outlet diselesaikan sebelum tarikh akhir
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company from time to time / Melaksanakan sebarang tugas dan tanggungjawab lain yang diberikan oleh syarikat dari semasa ke semasa
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or outdoor sales / 1–2 tahun pengalaman dalam jualan B2B atau jualan luar
• Must possess own transportation (car or motorcycle) / Mempunyai kenderaan sendiri (kereta atau motosikal)
