About the Role
The mission of the Sales Executive is to establish and grow the company’s footprint in new or developing markets by managing the full sales cycle and adapting the go-to-market approach to local market maturity and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead commercial expansion across key countries within the New Markets Region
Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic AC and DC customers.
Lead the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
Define and execute market entry and growth strategies
Negotiate commercial agreements and drive revenue growth
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (product, operations, marketing, service)
Profile & Requirements
Fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory)
Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to:
Drive new business development (hunter mindset)
Manage and expand strategic accounts (farmer mindset)
Influence and negotiate with stakeholders at multiple levels
Highly autonomous, able to operate with limited supervision
Strong results-driven mindset, with a focus on growth and performance
Hands-on profile with strong execution capabilities in dynamic environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
