Sales Executive (Italian speaking - based in Italy)

As a Sales Executive, you’re going to get to know our students really well. You’ll use this knowledge, together with a bright positive attitude, and your wide range of customer management skills to support them, every day.

Position Summary:  

We’re looking for a salesperson to join our Direct Sales Team! Your main tasks would include selling EC courses in all our fabulous locations, delivering a wow customer service, hitting weekly sales targets and being knowledgeable about your respective sales region as well as the EC product.

Key Responsibilities:  

To meet and exceed individual targets and KPI’s

To help customers to choose the right EC product meeting their requirements by adopting consultative approach to selling

To cross sell and upsell at every opportunity

To be knowledgeable of the EC product offering and that of competitors

To adhere to the CRM etiquette

To work closely with the marketing team on on-line or in-market campaigns

Education Required:

Post-secondary level

Fluency in English and Italian

Experience Required:

Sales/customer service Experience

Experience Desired:

Language Travel Industry Experience

Any other languages would be considered an asset
