We are hiring passionate Business Development Manager - SaaS HR Solution for our Client Zigtal(zigtal.com).

Requirements:
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities within the Enterprise Software space. You have proven SaaS-based HR software selling experience using a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Drive sales with designated local and global partners
• Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers

Qualifications

• 2-5 years quota carrying sales experience
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in B2B sales of cloud SaaS HR and related domains.
• Preferred experience in HR transformation & strategy
