Responsibilities:

• Sales

• Develop and implement strategies to increase lead flow from key accounts.

• Provide ongoing support throughout the sales cycle, including lead qualification, meeting coordination, and presentation preparation.

• Conduct product demonstrations and address technical questions from potential clients.

• Enrollment

• Develop and execute strategies to increase patient enrollment within assigned key accounts.

• Collaborate with key account teams and management to streamline and improve the enrollment process.

• Guide and support patients throughout their enrollment journey.

• Complete and ensure seamless patient onboarding into the Twin Program.

• Performance Management

• Track and analyze key account performance against defined targets.

• Develop and implement action plans to address performance gaps and ensure targets are consistently met.

• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, customer service, and other cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.

• Revenue

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets assigned for the Dr. Channel vertical.

• Identify new revenue opportunities and contribute to overall account growth.
