You Are a Great Fit If You Have
• 2+ years selling enterprise SaaS or payments solutions to mid-market and enterprise merchants.
• Direct experience in payments, fraud, or fintech strongly preferred
• True hunter with a track record of self-sourced revenue
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication and storytelling skills with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach to sales.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a knack for managing complexity, prioritizing effectively, and driving smart, data-informed decisions.
• Committed to continuous learning and taking pride in your work.
What you'll do as a Sales Executive
• Build prospect engagement strategies and build a qualified pipeline in cold and warm channels.
• Lead deep discovery to uncover operational, financial, and technical pain tied to chargebacks.
• Drive deal momentum and maintain clear mutual action plans while acting as the primary point of contact for prospective merchants. Lead negotiations with C-level stakeholders and apply effective closing strategies.
• Develop deep expertise in chargeback prevention and recovery solutions, clearly articulating the value of the platform and how it helps merchants reduce disputes, recover revenue, and improve operational efficiency.
• Guide prospective merchants through onboarding, coordinating compliance and technical integration processes to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation.
• Support newly onboarded merchants during the initial launch phase, monitoring performance metrics related to disputes and recovery, and identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
