You’ve never lost a game of “stump-the-chump” with a technical audience. No one has all the answers, but you've spent enough time in the trenches of security operations to speak fluently about analyst workflow and investigative rigor.

You’re comfortable in the driver’s seat on a quarter-making opportunity, but most of your satisfaction these days comes from building incredible teams, forging ironclad processes to secure technical wins, and staying deep enough in the weeds to ensure the organization is successful. If the devil is in the details; you’re right there in the flames.

You’re a leader and an operator. A technical whisperer with strong EQ and a propensity to action. You elevate former practitioners into elite technical sellers by systemizing excellence, and are searching for an opportunity that actually makes the security world a better place.

• Leading and growing our Sales Engineering team of former security practitioners.

• Architecting and managing our sales process from initial technical discovery, proper qualification, POV execution, and ultimately deal closure.

• Serving as the technical escalation point across strategic customer engagements.

• Ensuring every evaluation reflects clarity, execution discipline, and a high bar for technical depth.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven leadership building high-performing Sales Engineering teams – ideally within cybersecurity

• A history of operating in or directly supporting real security operations

• Hands-on experience owning and scaling POV/POC motions

• A meticulous and process-driven mindset

• A bias toward action and decision-making

• Exceptional communication range, able to move fluidly between technical validation, SOC expert, and customer storytelling.
