Antipollution, a member of Vasileiadis Group of Companies (V Group), is a leading provider of environmental and waste management solutions across the Eastern Mediterranean, Egypt, and the Balkans. Operating in six main business pillars, including Port Reception Facilities, Emergency Response Services, Decontamination Services, Renewable Energy, Alternative Fuel Production from Waste, and Technology, we are committed to sustainability, innovation, and operational excellence.

As part of our growing operations, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our commercial team in our Headquarters in Piraeus. This role is responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies, new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with customers and partners and guides the team towards achieving their objectives.

Role Overview

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the commercial operations of part of our customers’ portfolio, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations. This role involves executing sales and customer relationship management while collaborating closely with internal teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Management of company's accounts, including sales, contracts, and customer relations in Central and Southern Greece.

· Controlling and managing the sales cycle from initial contact to proposal signing with customers.

· Creating customized proposals for new and existing customers.

· Negotiating new projects and contract terms with new clients.

· Creating new opportunities to develop strategic partnerships.

· Market research and design detailed business plans for commercial opportunities.

· Understanding customer requirements and ensuring customer service.

· Monitoring the performance of commercial activities and reporting to management (reporting).

· Function as the main point of contact for key clients (both existing and new), developing and maintaining strong and sustainable business relationships.


Requirements:
Requirements

· University graduate in Chemical or Mechanical or Environmental Engineering or related degree.

· Holder of a master’s degree/ MBA is desirable.

· Proven experience, 2-4 years in a similar role.

· Proven experience in sales and managing relationships with key accounts in the waste management industry is highly preferred.

· Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (written and spoken).

· Excellent computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheets (excel etc.).
