Requirements:
The Sales Encoder Partner will provide essential support to the Sales & Marketing team by handling SKU enrollment, price and promo updates, and ensuring data accuracy across retailer portals. This role will help streamline administrative and operational processes, allowing the team to focus on strategic sales initiatives and timely execution of marketing activities.

Main Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage SKU enrollment, price updates, and promotional requests
• Coordinate with marketing brand teams for promo submissions, approvals, and documentation.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with enrollment schedules and submission deadlines.
• Maintain data accuracy across all retailer portals.
• Assist Sale operations tasks and other sale activities.
• Administrative task for Sales Operations.
• Esker processing of BA Agency related PO/DM.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate of any Business Administration, Marketing, or related course
• At least 1–2 years of experience in sales support, data encoding, or administrative roles (preferably in retail, FMCG, or beauty industry)
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable working with online retailer portals or databases
• Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with marketing and brand teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
