Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Sales Enablement Specialist to the Foundation Risk Partners team.

Job Summary:

The Sales Enablement Specialist supports the execution of sales enablement strategies by ensuring sales and service teams are equipped, trained, and supported across core sales and marketing platforms. This role is highly operational, working closely with the Director of Sales Enablement to manage daily enablement activities, platform support, client setup, training delivery, and sales communication efforts. This role plays a critical part in supporting producers, agencies, and clients by driving adoption, improving efficiency, and enhancing overall sales effectiveness.

Essential Functions:

• Provide day-to-day support for sales and marketing enablement tools including but not limited to Salesforce, Zywave, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Assist with user setup, access requests, and basic troubleshooting across platforms.

• Support data accuracy within Salesforce and Zywave.

• Assist with client setup and onboarding within Zywave portals and Learning Management tools.

• Communicate directly with clients via email to support onboarding, training, and follow-up.

• Serve as a first-line support resource for Zywave-related questions and requests including administrating email marketing campaigns.

• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT teams to support enablement initiatives.

• Escalate platform or client issues to the Director of Sales Enablement as needed.

• Support change management and rollout efforts for new tools or enhancements

Competencies & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with insurance technology platforms (Zywave and Salesforce strongly preferred).

• Experience supporting Salesforce or CRM systems.

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a regulated environment.

• Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

• Familiarity with insurance sales, marketing workflows, and compliance-driven environments is a plus.
