Role Purpose
The Sales Enablement Specialist / Manager is a high-impact role designed for a professional motivated to drive measurable success within a GTM organization. This position is responsible for the foundational design, implementation, and scaling of training frameworks that empower our Business Development (BD) and Customer Success (CSM) teams. This is a builder role for an individual who thrives on elevating others and seeing their strategies translate into revenue growth and team excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Onboarding & Training: Architect and own the end-to-end onboarding journey for all GTM new hires, ensuring a standardized "Time-to-Productivity" metric.
Sales Methodology & Playbooks: Audit current sales behaviors to design and implement a unified sales methodology and comprehensive playbooks that guide the team through the full merchant lifecycle.
Content & Asset Management: Curate and maintain a centralized repository of sales assets, case studies, and training materials, ensuring they are updated in real-time based on product evolution.
Performance Consulting: Act as an internal consultant to BD and CSM Managers to identify individual and team skill gaps and deliver targeted training to address specific conversion bottlenecks.
Qualifications & Requirements
Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience, with a proven track record of leading or training a sales team.
Industry Background: Strong preference for candidates who have previously held BD or CSM roles within the SaaS or Food Tech sectors.
Impact-Driven Mindset: A strong desire to build something from the ground up and a clear motivation to see your work result in measurable team success.
Collaborative Leadership: Ability to drive organizational change through influencing stakeholders by building trust and demonstrating value.
Languages: * English & Mandarin: Professional fluency (written and spoken) is required for all candidates.
Cantonese: Mandatory for candidates based in Hong Kong; considered a significant advantage for candidates in Singapore.
