Job Description

Sales Enablement Manager

About the opportunity

We’re looking for a commercially minded Sales Enablement Manager to help shape the next stage of First Table’s growth.

This is a rare opportunity to build a brand-new function from the ground up, creating the systems, tools, and habits that help our sales team perform with greater consistency, confidence, and impact across markets. You’ll work closely with senior commercial leaders and have real ownership over how we onboard, coach, enable, and support our BDMs to succeed.

If you’re energised by building something new, turning ideas into action, and seeing your work translate into measurable sales performance, this is a role where you can make a genuine impact. This is a fully remote role, open to candidates across the UK (London preferred).

About us

At First Table, our vision is simple: to be the first place diners go to book a table.

Proudly established in Queenstown, New Zealand - where our head office is based -  we've been leading the charge in the hospitality tech industry for over a decade, with operations spanning New Zealand, Australia, and the UK. First Table now offers our great dining experiences at amazing restaurants across the UK. Following the recent city launches in Bournemouth, Leicester, Norwich, and Southampton, we are doubling down on building a strong presence and connected team across the UK.

First Table is a dining discovery platform that connects diners to restaurants through their love of food.  Through our clever tech, we help restaurants get their night off to a great start and give diners a compelling reason to try somewhere new. It’s a win-win situation. From early bird offers to last table reservations, we make discovering and booking great dining experiences fast, easy, and rewarding.

At the heart of everything we do are our values: Grow Together, Win-Win-Win, and Own It.  These guide how we show up for each other, our restaurant partners, and our diners and they’re a big part of what makes First Table a great place to work.

About the role

As Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll be responsible for designing and delivering the practical foundations that help our BDMs ramp quickly, sell consistently, and perform at their best.

You’ll build onboarding programmes, sales playbooks, coaching rhythms, CRM standards, and reporting tools that support better sales execution across our markets. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with Commercial leadership, Marketing, Ops, Finance, and People teams to identify gaps, improve processes, and embed scalable ways of working.

You’ll be both a builder and a driver, creating the resources the team needs, while making sure they are adopted, used, and delivering results.

What you’ll be doing

Design and deliver onboarding programs that help new BDMs ramp quickly and confidently.

Build practical sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and objection-handling resources.

Drive coaching, capability development, and ongoing sales training across markets.

Partner with Sales Managers to identify performance gaps and improve consistency across the team.

Own CRM enablement, reporting standards, dashboards, and sales process improvements.

Collaborate with Marketing, Ops, Finance, and People teams to improve alignment across the customer journey.

Track enablement metrics and provide insights on onboarding success, CRM compliance, and sales performance.

What you’ll bring

Experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or Sales Leadership.

Strong understanding of B2B sales and relationship-based selling.

Experience building onboarding, coaching, or enablement programs from scratch.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

A commercially minded, collaborative approach with a passion for helping teams perform at their best.

Why you’ll love working with us

Flexible working hours and the autonomy to manage your own schedule in this full time role

Remote-first, but never remote-feeling, with regular coaching and support from your manager and opportunities to connect with the wider UK team

The opportunity to build and shape a brand-new enablement function with real impact across the business.

Work closely with senior leadership and help drive First Table’s international growth.

Enjoy perks like free First Table bookings, referral incentives, team recognition, and regular opportunities to celebrate wins.

Being part of a purpose-led, award-winning brand that champions exceptional dining experiences and values creativity, collaboration and growth.
