About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join our Business Development organization.
This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Marketing and is responsible for translating our products and solutions into clear, compelling, and scalable commercial narratives that accelerate deal-making and growth. It bridges commercial strategy and creative execution, producing pitch decks, product collateral, use cases, and case studies that empower the Commercial teams to win in competitive markets across our global footprint.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Narrative & Deal Support
• Own the end-to-end creation of sales presentations (storyline, messaging, and final visual design)
• Translate complex solutions into clear, persuasive value propositions
• Customize narratives for strategic pitches and key opportunities
2. Product & Solution Marketing
• Develop and maintain product decks, solution narratives and value propositions
• Create compelling use cases and case studies
• Translate product features into commercial benefits ensuring messaging consistency across regions
3. Sales Enablement & Content Scaling
• Maintain a central repository of best-in-class materials (decks, proposals, messaging frameworks)
• Improve speed and consistency of sales execution across teams
4. Market & Competitive Intelligence
• Conduct competitor and market research to inform positioning and keep materials current
• Identify differentiation angles and positioning opportunities
• Support teams with insights for pitches and proposals
Requirements:
• 4+ years in Product Marketing, Pre-Sales, Consulting, or Sales Enablement, ideally in tech, SaaS, or telecoms
• Strong business acumen and commercial mindset
• Strong storytelling and structuring skills
• Advanced PowerPoint/presentation design capabilities
• Ability to simplify complex or technical concepts
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams
• Proficiency in English is a must since all your work output will be English-first
