About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Lead to support go-to-market operations for early-stage startups. You will be responsible for researching, organizing, and executing outbound campaigns to generate high-quality opportunities for startup founders and growth teams.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that offers the chance to work across high-growth verticals, supporting innovative products before they go to market.
What You’ll Do
Research & Organization
• Build and maintain prospect lists and segmented databases based on ICP criteria
• Research accounts, contacts, and industry context to inform personalized outreach
• Map warm introduction pathways using network mapping tools and internal connections
Outbound Execution
• Execute multichannel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and others) on behalf of founders
• Draft and refine outreach messaging in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Coordinate logistics for calls, demos, and pilot discussions
• Manage follow-ups and ensure timely responses to interest signals
CRM & Reporting
• Maintain CRM hygiene and track all prospect interactions
• Flag accounts ready for direct founder engagement
• Deliver weekly outreach and activity reports, summarizing volume, outcomes, and learnings
Pilot & Design Partner Support
• Support design partner engagements with scheduling, tracking, and feedback collection
• Prepare supporting materials for partner calls and follow-ups
• Document feedback to improve ICP definitions and outbound strategy
Requirements:
• 2–4 years in outbound sales development, GTM operations, or related roles
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Attio preferred, HubSpot) and prospecting tools (Apollo, Clay)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain clean, accurate databases
• Self-motivated and able to work in a highly structured, support-oriented capacity
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments
• Availability for some overlap with U.S. Eastern Time working hours
