In this role, you will be integral to the development and execution of programs and promotions designed to drive sales growth and expand market share. Acting as a vital liaison between sales teams, regional management, and corporate headquarters, you will oversee the communication, implementation, analysis, and monitoring of initiatives to ensure maximum effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the NAPA, Altrom, and CMAX sales teams, along with regional management, in the execution and performance of programs, promotions, and sales initiatives.
• Analyze CRM data to identify growth opportunities and prepare detailed reports for management to focus efforts on the most promising areas.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Participate in the implementation and ongoing follow-up of key sales initiatives.
• Manage internal communications related to the progress of initiatives, required actions, and follow-up activities.

Profile Sought

• College or university diploma with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft D365, Power BI, CRM, and Excel.
• Experience in outside sales is considered an asset.
• Strong analytical abilities and a proven track record as an effective collaborator.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
