LabX Media Group is a leading B2B science media company delivering award-winning editorial content, essential industry news, analysis, and insights for the scientific research and life science communities.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales & eMarketing Operations Co-op to support our eMarketing and Sales Operations teams. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign coordination, and administrative operations within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This role will assist with a variety of recurring and process-driven tasks, helping ensure campaigns, communications, and internal systems run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign & Email Support
Assist in building and formatting marketing emails (e.g., newsletters, eBlasts, and promotional emails)
Support email deployment scheduling and basic QA (links, formatting, content checks)
Help update and maintain email marketing calendars and trackers
Assist with simple landing page updates and form setup (template-based)
Data & Reporting Support
Compile basic campaign performance metrics (email stats, campaign summaries)
Update internal trackers, dashboards, and reporting templates
Support list building and data entry within CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
Maintain organized and accurate campaign records
Administrative & Coordination Support
Monitor shared inboxes and flag/respond to routine inquiries
Help follow up on materials from internal teams using templates or guidance
Update Trello boards and track task progress across campaigns
Upload and update website content using templates
Assist with survey setup and tracking
Conduct basic research (e.g., industry events, contact lists)
What You’ll Learn

Cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, and creative teams
Digital campaign workflows and performance tracking
Project coordination and task management systems (e.g., Trello)
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary co-op eligible program (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and learning new tools/systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency
