Position Overview:
The Sales Director at Master-Works will lead and manage the sales organization to achieve ambitious revenue goals and expand the company’s market presence. This senior leadership role demands strategic vision, strong leadership, and an ability to build high-performing sales teams focused on selling complex IT solutions and services in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth.
• Lead, mentor, and manage sales managers and representatives across multiple regions or sectors.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand Master-Works’ footprint in existing and emerging sectors.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, forecast sales performance accurately, and report to senior management.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with market demand and client needs.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to maximize business opportunities.
• Ensure sales processes and CRM utilization meet high standards of efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continually adapt sales strategies.
• Drive a results-oriented sales culture focused on achievement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive sales experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the IT solutions or technology sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing large sales teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Deep understanding of IT products and services (cloud computing, cybersecurity, data management).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise-level deals.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
