Overview

The Sales Director is responsible for creating and delivering vital sales strategies and play a crucial role in the success of Netcracker. We are looking for a high-performing Sales Director to help us meet our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will be responsible for developing and executing all key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve your financial targets.

What will be your responsibilities?

You will use your entrepreneurial work ethic and competitive sales personality to identify areas where Netcracker Technology’s technical solutions bring value to our customers.

• Prospect new business within assigned territory and upgrade current opportunities within existing accounts

• Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities with a strong focus on new business in assigned territory

• Support contract negotiations and deal closures

• Complete customer needs analysis and identify pressure points for all accounts

• Work collaboratively within a team selling environment and build strong customer relationships

• Articulate and present Netcracker’s value proposition to customers and prospects

• Design, plan and execute campaigns supporting channel strategy and revenue growth

• Support marketing campaigns, tradeshows and other events

What skills and experience will you need for this role?

• At least 2 years of successful sales experience in the telecommunications industry

• 2+ years of inside sales and/or client facing sales experience with an understanding of fundamental sales methodology

• Ability to accurately forecast and report opportunities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong interpersonal, planning and organizational skills

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
