Your Impact

Impossible Cloud is growing fast, just like the markets we’re expanding into. We’re looking for an exceptional Sales Director. In this role, you will be responsible for driving market expansion, overseeing sales and partnerships. This is a front-line, hands-on role for a strategic, results-driven professional who thrives on business development, building strong relationships with partners and clients, and achieving ambitious growth targets.


What you will do::
• Own and drive revenue growth for Impossible Cloud through direct, hands-on sales execution and outbound outreach.

• Build and expand a strong pipeline by actively engaging distributors, MSPs, resellers, and system integrators.

• Lead from the front in closing deals, setting the standard for sales excellence and execution.

• Recruit, coach, and work closely with a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.

• Stay close to the market by tracking customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activity to continuously sharpen our go-to-market approach.


What you bring to the table::
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.

• Proven track record in sales and business development within EMEA in the cloud, SaaS, or IT infrastructure sectors.

• You have established relationships with key industry players in the region.

• Demonstrated ability to mentor and inspire teams, with a focus on (over-)achieving results. You lead by example.

• Strong ownership mindset, entrepreneurial attitude, and bias for action.
