About The Role:
As a Sales Director (B2B), you will be responsible for leading and executing the company’s business-to-business sales strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth, expand market share, and build long-term client partnerships. You will oversee the sales team, manage key accounts, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between revenue objectives and overall business goals.
What You Will Do:
1. Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement the company's commercial strategy aligned with business goals
Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
2. Revenue Generation:
Drive sales and marketing initiatives to meet revenue and profit targets
Oversee pricing strategies, revenue streams, and profitability analysis
3. Team Leadership:
Lead and manage sales, marketing, and business development teams
Set KPIs and performance targets for the commercial teams
4. Partnerships and Client Relations:
Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure beneficial partnerships
5. Market Analysis:
Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and customer trends
Use insights to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge
6. Brand Development:
Oversee marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation
Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
Who We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
7–10+ years of B2B sales experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise accounts
Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
