About Algebra AI
Infinity Constellation is expanding into the Middle East with the launch of Algebra AI, a new regional holding company. Algebra AI is a joint venture between Infinity Constellation in NYC and Tier 1 regional MENA investors.
Infinity builds and scales AI-driven businesses in essential service sectors, creating long-term compounding value. Infinity AI will localize Infinity’s proven business models and launch new ventures that respond to regional opportunities.
We are seeking a Sales Director to lead Algebra AI's commercial efforts across multiple AI-enabled business units. This is a diverse role — you’ll be pitching to SMEs, enterprise clients, and government entities; selling a range of AI-enabled services; and shaping Algebra AI's sales playbook from the ground up.
This is both a leadership role and a hands-on role. You’ll be expected to roll up your sleeves, be on the front lines closing deals, while also setting strategy, pace, and building a high-performing sales and customer success team over time.
Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
• Sell AI-enabled services into SMEs, large enterprises, and government organizations.
• Drive the entire sales cycle: from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and close.
• Land anchor clients for Algebra AI's first portfolio businesses
Commercial Strategy & Market Entry
• Working closely with the CEO to localize Infinity’s value propositions to the UAE market.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for diverse client segments (SME, enterprise, government).
• Set sales strategy, cadence, and reporting discipline as part of the early leadership team.
Customer Success & Retention
• Oversee customer success for early accounts to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and renewals.
• Work with Product Ops and delivery teams to capture feedback and improve offerings.
• Create scalable processes for client onboarding, training, and ongoing account management.
Team Building & Leadership
• Operate as a player-coach: leading deals yourself while preparing to scale a team.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Account Executives and Customer Success Managers.
• Build a high-performance sales culture and repeatable playbooks for growth.
Requirements
Experience
• 8–12+ years in sales, business development, or commercial leadership, with a track record across SME and enterprise.
• Proven ability to close large deals in the UAE (consulting, tech, or services).
• Strong network in the UAE business ecosystem (corporates, government, family offices).
• Experience in early-stage or fast-scaling environments.
Skills & Capabilities
• Digitally native — comfortable with SaaS tools, CRM automation, and API-level concepts; quick to learn and adopt new software.
• Systems-based thinker — able to break down problems into components (ICP definition, messaging, channels, funnel design) and design scalable commercial systems.
• Ability to simplify and sell diverse AI/automation services into clear business outcomes.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable building sales processes from scratch (CRM, reporting, pipeline mgmt).
• Capable of both closing deals personally and coaching others to do so.
• Understanding of UAE procurement and contracting practices.
