Please Note: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week. Additionally, employment with BambooHR is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.

Essential Job Duties

You'll be the expert who helps turn our mid-funnel marketing leads into sales opportunities, transforming prospects into happy clients who can then dive into our award-winning software and make magic happen in their workplaces. • Being the go-to guru for our leads, sparking interest through discovery and dropping knowledge bombs

• Reaching out and qualifying potential clients to set up meetings for our Account Executives to seal the deal

• Making those inbound calls (How awesome is that?!) to our marketing leads every single day

• Showing up and bringing your A-game full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (no nights or weekends, woohoo!)

What You Need to Get the Job Done

• You have a proven ability to sell with related sales or marketing experience

• You’ve had experience articulating value propositions via phone and email and will be able to do so with BambooHR’s product

• You’re able to identify and qualify sales opportunities

• Collaboration and negotiation are talents of yours and you’re able to utilize them to communicate effectively

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient computer skills
