Sales Development Representative - US Corporate Finance

Location: Cape Town CBD (On-Site) Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM SAST (US Business Hours)

Join the 2026 expansion of Fundwell, a premier US business financing firm. Since August 2025, we have grown into a powerhouse of 100+ professionals. We are now selecting the next wave of elite talent to join our "Top 100 A-Team" as we scale toward our 200-seat milestone.


Requirements:
The "A-Team" Standard

We are looking for "Sales Athletes"—individuals with the stamina to handle the intensity of the US market.

• The 200-Dial Mindset: You are comfortable and proven in executing 150–200 outbound calls daily. You understand that consistency and grit are the keys to high earnings.
• Elite Communication: A flawless, neutral English accent is mandatory. You must be able to hold high-authority conversations with US-based CEOs and executives.
• Workplace Culture: Our floor is fast-paced and high-energy, but always grounded in respect. We are looking for team players who contribute to a positive, focused, and professional atmosphere. At Fundwell, your character is just as important as your sales targets.
• Commitment: Fully committed to the 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM SAST on-site shift in Cape Town CBD.

Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Outreach: Engaging US-based business owners via high-volume cold calling to generate interest in working capital solutions.
• Lead Qualification: Conducting deep-dive qualification to identify prime funding opportunities.
• Objection Handling: Masterfully navigating complex conversations and positioning Fundwell’s capital solutions in a persuasive, consultative manner.


Benefits:
Compensation & Rewards

• Annual Base Salary: R120,000 – R180,000 (R10k – R15k monthly base, based on experience).
• Exceptional Commission: We offer an uncapped structure where top-performing consultants can earn up to R45,000 per month in additional performance-based commission.
