⭐ Sales Development Representative (Turismo & Hotelería) - REMOTO
We are looking for Sales Development Representatives with experience in sales and customer service within the tourism/hospitality sector. The role involves managing reservations, assisting customers, and closing sales with incoming leads for an international hospitality account.
Countries: Mexico and Argentina (All cities)
Schedule: Availability Monday to Sunday (2 rotating days off)
• Mexico (CDMX): 5:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Time slot for rotating shift assignments)
• Argentina: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (Time slot for rotating shift assignments)
Contract: Contractor
Work modality: Remote
🎯 Responsibilities:
• Manage reservations for tourist packages and coordinate with international hotels.
• Attend to clients via phone and email.
• Identify customer needs and offer personalized solutions.
• Close sales with incoming leads (no prospecting required).
• Register information in CRM (wired connection required).
• Maintain high-quality service and follow-up on opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes.
🧩 Requirements:
• 6 months to 1 year experience in tourism/hospitality/contact centers (Airbnb, Expedia, Booking, etc.).
• English B2+ (Preferably C1).
• Third language such as German or Portuguese (optional).
• CRM proficiency.
• Studies in tourism, business, or related fields (preferred).
• High adaptability to rotating shifts and variable days off.
• Commercial profile, empathetic, persuasive, and sales-oriented.
