As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in fuelling our growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers across the enterprise and mid-market landscape. You will be the first point of contact for organisations beginning their journey with us, using a mix of outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and value led conversations to generate high quality sales opportunities. Working closely with Account Executives and Marketing, you will build pipeline, uncover customer challenges, and help introduce our solutions to new markets, industries, and business units.
What Success Looks Like
Consistently hitting and exceeding meeting and pipeline targets
Maintaining high activity levels (calls, personalised emails, social touches)
Building strong relationships with AEs and Marketing to maximise conversion
Developing elite sales skills that translate directly into closed wins and higher earnings
