Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities for both online education services and software development solutions.
• Conduct B2C outreach to prospective students interested in academic tutoring services.
• Conduct B2B outreach to businesses interested in web development, app development, or AI integration services.
• Use platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Upwork to identify and engage potential leads.
• Perform outreach through LinkedIn messaging, email campaigns, and other prospecting tools.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activity, and conversions within the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve sales processes.
• Continuously research new markets, industries, and potential customer segments.
Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork bidding, or similar prospecting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience selling digital services, education products, or technology solutions is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage outreach targets.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
• Self-motivated with strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Access to a reliable laptop and stable high-speed internet connection.
