What you’ll do
• Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads via email, phone, LinkedIn
• Research target accounts and identify key decision makers
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
• Run discovery calls to understand pain points and use cases
• Maintain accurate notes and pipeline in CRM
• Collaborate with marketing on messaging, campaigns, and feedback loops
• Consistently hit or exceed monthly meeting and pipeline targets
What we’re looking for
• 0 to 2 years in sales, customer success, or a client facing role
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
• Curious, coachable, and metrics driven
• Organized and detail oriented
• Interest in B2B SaaS and high growth startups
Nice to have
• Prior SDR or BDR experience
• Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo
