Requirements
• 1 to 3 years of experience as SDR/BDR in SaaS (mandatory)
• Strong outbound prospecting skills across email, LinkedIn, calls, and messaging apps
• Ability to qualify leads based on intent, urgency, and fit
• Excellent communication and discovery skills
• High ownership and accountability for pipeline generation
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
Responsibilities
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads effectively
• Conduct first-touch and discovery calls to identify business pain points
• Book high-quality meetings and ensure smooth handoff to AEs
• Execute outbound campaigns across multiple channels
• Experiment with messaging, sequences, and outreach strategies
• Maintain strong CRM hygiene and follow-up discipline
• Contribute to defining and improving outbound playbooks
