📍 Location: Kenya - on site 🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday \u007C 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST)
🚀 About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) with excellent communication skills and a strong commercial mindset. This is a great opportunity for candidates with sales experience who want to grow in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while working with international markets.
🧠 Key Responsibilities:
• Reach out to potential clients (leads) via phone, email, and other channels
• Qualify sales opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Clearly and persuasively communicate the value of our products/services
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
• Meet monthly targets for outreach and opportunity generation
✅ Requirements:
• Advanced English level (excellent verbal and written communication – will be assessed)
• Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and sales-driven mindset
• Experience in B2B sales, SDR roles, or similar positions
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Previous sales experience (service sales)
