Job Summary
We are hiring a highly professional and research-driven Investor Outreach SDR to support capital-raising and investor engagement efforts for international clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying venture capital firms, angel investors, family offices, and private equity partners. You will initiate outbound communication, nurture early-stage investor conversations, and book qualified meetings for founders or senior leadership teams.
This role requires strong research capabilities, polished communication skills, and confidence engaging with high-level stakeholders in the investment ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify relevant investors (VCs, angels, family offices, PE firms) aligned with client investment thesis
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and strategic follow-ups
• Personalise messaging based on fund focus, portfolio, and stage preferences
• Qualify investor interest and schedule meetings for founders or executives
• Maintain accurate investor pipeline tracking within CRM systems
• Monitor outreach performance metrics and optimise messaging
• Support fundraising campaigns and investor engagement initiatives
Requirements:
• 1–3+ years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, business development, or investor relations
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Apollo, or similar tools
• Excellent written English with ability to craft personalised outreach
• Professional communication style suitable for engaging investors and executives
• Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
Preferred:
• Experience in venture capital, private equity, startup fundraising, or FinTech
• Understanding of funding rounds (Pre-seed, Seed, Series A, Series B, etc.)
• Background in financial services, SaaS, or capital markets
