We’re hiring a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative to support a growing business partner. This role focuses on outbound sales outreach, lead generation, and early-stage sales conversations. You’ll help build simple sales processes from the ground up, qualify prospects, and support pipeline growth in a fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Research and identify potential customers, partners, or distributors
• Conduct outbound outreach via email and other approved channels
• Initiate and handle early-stage sales conversations and basic qualification
• Track leads, outreach, and follow-ups using spreadsheets or simple CRM tools
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and interactions
• Share prospect feedback and insights to improve outreach messaging and targeting
• Help establish basic sales workflows and documentation for tracking and follow-ups
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or outbound role
• Comfortable with outbound sales and starting conversations
• Highly creative, resourceful, and comfortable working without existing systems
• Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
• Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
Technical Requirements:
• Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
• Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
• Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
• Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
