We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to help grow our Data Discovery solution.
About Sheltr
Sheltr, part of Cookie Information, helps organisations identify and classify personal data across their Microsoft environments (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive). Our solution, Sheltr Data Discovery, reduces privacy risks, supports GDPR compliance and prepares data environments for AI. The Sheltr team operates as a small, focused unit within Cookie Information, working closely across product, marketing and sales. As part of this team, you will have a high degree of ownership and influence on how we approach the market.
The Role
You’ll drive early-stage sales by:
Identifying and engaging potential customers via email, phone, and LinkedIn
Crafting and testing outreach messages and sequences
Engaging with prospects and understanding their challenges related to personal data and compliance
Connecting with stakeholders like DPOs, IT managers, and compliance professionals
Delivering introductory product demos and moving opportunities toward pilot or purchase
Maintaining lead and opportunity data in HubSpot
Sharing customer insights with the team
About you
You are organised, proactive and skilled at building relationships quickly. You:
Are fluent in English and Danish (written and spoken)
Have 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or other customer-facing roles
Enjoy reaching out to people you don’t know and starting meaningful conversations
Stay motivated and positive, even when facing rejection
Are structured, CRM-savvy and comfortable working independently
Are eager to learn about SaaS, data privacy and Microsoft environments
Nice-to-haves
Experience with GDPR, compliance, or data protection
Familiarity with privacy or cybersecurity software
Stakeholder management experience
