Role Overview:

We’re looking for a hungry, resilient, and sharp Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting and fuel our sales pipeline. If you thrive on overcoming objections, building relationships, and crushing targets, this is your chance to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect & Qualify Leads: Conduct thorough market research, build targeted lead lists, and execute cold outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to secure qualified meetings.
• Handle Objections Like a Pro: Confidently address pushback, reframe conversations, and turn “I’m busy” into “Tell me more,” ensuring prospects stay engaged.
• Collaborate with AEs: Partner closely with Account Executives to advance opportunities, share prospect insights, and maintain smooth handoffs through the sales funnel.
• Drive Performance & Smash Targets: Consistently hit (and exceed) weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs, including meetings booked, pipeline generated, and revenue influenced.
• Optimize Sales Process: Track outreach activity, analyze conversion data, and provide feedback to continuously improve messaging and targeting.
• CRM & Data Hygiene: Maintain accurate records in the CRM, ensuring all prospect touchpoints, notes, and next steps are logged for visibility and follow-up.


Requirements:
• Proven Resilience & Confidence: Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure sales environments and stays motivated in the face of rejection.

• Advanced Objection-Handling Skills: Able to pivot quickly, reframe value propositions, and keep prospects engaged even in challenging conversations.
• Results-Oriented Mindset: Passionate about prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with a relentless focus on hitting KPIs and contributing to revenue growth.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the insurance sector or strong familiarity with insurance products and terminology is a significant plus.
• Communication Excellence: Clear and persuasive verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different buyer personas.
• Self-Starter & Team Player: Works independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with sales and marketing teams.
