What is The Role:

As a Sales Development Representative at Elastic, you are more than just a cog in the sales process. You are the frontline of communication, encouraging genuine connections and placing quality interactions above simply dialling numbers. Your role is pivotal in shaping the future of our sales initiatives by actively engaging with prospects and understanding their unique challenges to offer tailored Elastic solutions.

What You Will Be Doing:
Partner with the sales, marketing, and partner teams to innovate strategies that increase our sales pipeline and business expansion;
Strike a balance between promptly addressing user inquiries and proactively seeking new business engagements;
Use tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and LinkedIn to research prospective accounts, pinpoint key decision-makers, and craft compelling messages;
Immerse yourself in learning the vast capabilities of Elastic technology to adeptly converse with a technical audience, guiding them on how Elastic solutions meet their objectives.
What You Bring:
1-2 years of sales/ SDR experience, including roles held during university studies
Receptive towards feedback, coupled with an appetite for self-improvement
Excel at initiating phone conversations with potential new clients.
Persistent in meeting and surpassing targets.
Inspired to contribute to a vision and community that extends beyond individual ambitions.
Native Dutch speaker and fluent in English
