We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to help us unlock new opportunities and bring Yuno's payment infrastructure to global companies. Your Contribution Will Be


Identify and research potential global clients, through outbound prospecting, networking, industry events, and digital channels


Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with prospects, uncovering their needs and positioning Yuno's solutions with relevance


Present Yuno's value proposition clearly and compellingly, addressing questions and objections with confidence


Qualify leads and hand off high-potential opportunities to the Account Executive team with full context


Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, ensuring the team always has a clear view of pipeline activity


Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity across the region to sharpen your prospecting strategy


Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine outreach messaging and targeting


Bring new ideas on how to improve prospecting approaches — if you see a better way, say so

Skills You Need

Minimum Qualifications


Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory — part of the interview process will be conducted in English


2+ years of experience in a prospecting, SDR, or outbound sales role


+1 years of experience in banking could be a plus.


Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for sales


Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools


Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets


Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
