For our growing software business, we are looking for full-time or part-time (min. 20 hours/week) appointment setters to join our team as soon as possible. We are not a call center, but relationship managers. Our 11-member SDR team promotes products by phone, provides information about events and roadshows, and reminds customers about promotions. We work closely with exciting people, have interesting conversations, and enjoy a lot of variety. That's what makes us special – and that's what makes us different.

Do what you do best::
• GET INFORMED You research and find out about the companies you want to contact in various ways.
• SPARK INTEREST You call potential customers you have identified throughout Germany to get them excited about your product and manage to generate appointments for your colleagues in the field. 
• DEVELOP IDEAS You come up with new ideas for the perfect way to contact your prospects. 
• STAY ON TOP OF THINGS You accompany prospects on their journey to becoming customers—the contact history in the CRM tool helps you do this. 
• HAVE FUN You find your place in our colorful and collegial environment.

• Experience in telemarketing, ideally with products that require explanation
• Good interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with B2B customers
• Communication skills & sales talent, empathy & closing skills
• A positive attitude, motivation, and determination
• Native-level German skills (spoken and written) and good English skills
