About Health Futures
Health Futures is a Canadian digital health consultancy built on one principle: architecture first. We help healthcare organizations - from long-term care facilities and diagnostic labs to regional health networks and specialty clinics — plan and execute their digital transformation without the noise, bloat, or vendor lock-in that comes with bigger firms.
In our initial five years, we've grown to a team of 25+ specialists (enterprise architects, ML engineers, .NET and Python developers, integration experts, and more) and have delivered real outcomes for organizations like Bayshore HealthCare, Medavie Blue Cross, Dynacare, Alpha Laboratories, BioScript Solutions, and REACH Community Health Centre.
We built and operate HF ATLAS, our proprietary AI platform that processes 50,000+ healthcare requisitions per month with 95%+ data extraction accuracy. We run live integrations with OLIS, PointClickCare, and major LIS platforms. We work under PHIPA, PIPEDA, and HIPAA constraints every day.
We're small, sharp, and outcomes-obsessed and we're looking for someone to help us tell that story to the right clients.
We’re a lean, high-output team and we’re looking for someone who can help us create pipeline and shape early-stage opportunities.
