Suger helps B2B companies sell through cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, Alibaba, Snowflake), the fastest-growing sales channel in enterprise software.
We remove the operational mess behind marketplace sales with an API-first revenue platform. Our customers range from Snowflake and Intel to fast-growing startups like Glean and Vanta. We’re Series A, well-funded, and past “does this work?”
We’re building the next generation of B2B go-to-market infrastructure, and outbound plays a critical role in that growth.

Outbound at Suger isn’t about spraying sequences or chasing activity metrics. It’s about:

We’re hiring an Outbound Sales Development Manager to design, lead, and scale that motion. We have a team in place with a motion that works. We’re specifically interested in someone with a knack for well-structured experimentation and can lead from the front.

What You’ll Own (for real):
• Build and lead a team of outbound SDRs who are thoughtful, sharp, and curious
• Coach SDRs deeply: calls, emails, objections, discovery, not just dashboards
• Set the standards, metrics, and expectations that make outbound repeatable
• Run outbound and pipeline reviews that surface insight, not noise
• Continuously improve tools, processes, and workflows as we scale
• Develop SDRs into top performers, and future AEs, partner managers, and more
Who This Is For:
• Have managed outbound SDR teams in B2B SaaS
• Have carried a quota yourself and remember what good prospecting feels like
• Like coaching people and holding a high bar
• Are comfortable building in ambiguity and iterating quickly
• Want real ownership, not a “keep the lights on” role
• Experimentation mindset and good with data
• Upward trajectory in your past roles and a history of being someone people bet on
• Familiarity with AI-assisted prospecting and modern outbound tooling
