We are experiencing rapid growth and seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to become part of our global team, concentrating on the North American market.
Role Overview: In the position of Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the North American market, you will play a vital role in advancing outbound sales initiatives by identifying, reaching out to, and generating qualified leads for our sales team. This position demands an enthusiastic and results-oriented professional capable of engaging with enterprise-level decision-makers throughout the region.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Prospecting: Locate and connect with prospects in North America via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and various other communication channels to start conversations and qualify leads.
• Lead Qualification: Understand customer challenges, requirements, and decision-making procedures to produce qualified opportunities for the sales team.
• Market Research: Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor products, and market dynamics within the Southeast Asia region.
• CRM Management: Precisely document and maintain all sales activities, leads, and opportunities within the CRM system, HubSpot.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales teams to enhance the lead transition process and increase conversion rates.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an SDR focused on the North American market within a B2B SaaS company.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven capacity to engage senior executives at enterprise-level organizations.
• A results-driven attitude with the capability to work autonomously and effectively manage time.
• Experience implementing outbound prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn engagement.
• Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the aptitude to comprehend customer needs and challenges.
