Sales & Data Entry Co-op Student (Summer Term: May to August)
Jonluca Neal is the largest family-owned natural food distribution company in Canada, partnering with leading retailers and innovative food brands across the country. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our team for a summer co-op opportunity.
This is a great opportunity for a student who enjoys organization, working with data, and gaining exposure to the fast-paced world of sales and consumer goods.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales & Data Entry Co-op Student, you’ll play a key support role to our Sales team. Your work will help ensure accurate information flows between our vendors, retailers, and internal systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
Entering and maintaining product and sales data in internal systems (e.g., SAP)
Updating account information such as product listings, pricing, and order guides
Maintaining and organizing contact lists and internal databases
Communicating with internal teams to ensure information is complete and accurate
Providing general administrative support to the Sales team
Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas
Other duties as assigned

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

A positive attitude and willingness to learn
