We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator (Saturday to Wednesday working days) to join our centralized team in Athens. This role is designed to provide strong weekend coverage and operational support across our global markets.
You will support the full booking lifecycle — from assisting prospective clients with inquiries to managing post-booking operations and marketplace reservations. Your primary focus will be ensuring smooth post-booking processes, documentation compliance, and seamless weekend demand management.

Your Path to Success
Ensure Weekend Excellence (Saturday–Wednesday Coverage)
• Act as a key point of contact during weekend days
• Respond promptly to calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and marketplace inquiries
• Ensure no booking opportunity or urgent operational request goes unattended
Support the Booking Journey
• Assist prospective clients with availability, pricing, and booking-related questions
• Coordinate internally to facilitate smooth confirmations
Own Post-Booking Operations
• Manage contracts, ID verification, and background checks
• Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time
• Collaborate with Operations and CX to guarantee seamless move-ins
Manage Marketplace Channels
• Oversee reservations from Airbnb and similar platforms
• Handle guest communication, confirmations, documentation, and coordination with internal teams
Maintain Systems & Accuracy
• Track bookings and documentation in CRM and internal systems
• Ensure data integrity, timely follow-ups, and operational accuracy
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, CX, and Marketing to ensure a consistent client experience across all touchpoints
Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience in a sales-reservations coordination position.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously
• Fluent, native-level English communication skills (verbal and written); additional languages are a strong plus
• Availability to work Saturday through Wednesday on a consistent weekly schedule
