You build the transparency insights and processes needed to accelerate revenue growth, enable data-driven decision-making and strengthen forecasting accuracy.  

Your work ensure that our sales teams focus on the right activities at the right time to achieve ambitious busi-ness goals.


Your Role at a Glance:
As our Sales Controlling & Performance Manager, you design and manage core performance processes, develop reporting frameworks, drive campaign steering and support the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) with strategic insights.  

You will: 
• Build, optimise and operate KPI frameworks for pipeline, forecasting, revenue performance, win/loss and conversion metrics
• Develop and automate management reports (weekly, monthly, board reporting), a central CSO dashboard (pipeline, regions, products, partner and campaigns)
• Co-design Go-to-market campaigns (new business, product launch, cross-/upsell) with Sales, Marketing and Partner teams
• Develop and refine CRM processes (Lead-To-Cash, Opportunity Management ,Forecast) in collaboration with IT, Marketing Ops and Sales Managers
• Act as a sparring partner for the CSO and prepare analyses, business reviews and strategic presentations


Your Experience and Skills:
We are looking for someone who brings: 

Must-haves 

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
• Business fluent in spoken & written German and English
• Solid understanding of CRM processes
• Ideally experience in CRM Tools like Microsoft Dynamics & Power BI
• First experience in Sales Controlling, Revenue Operations, Business Controlling or a similar analytical role

Nice-to-haves • Clear communicator with confidence to challenge assumptions
• A structured and solution-driven mindset
• High ownership, reliability and attention to detail
