The Opportunity

We are looking for a hungry, resilient, and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team within the A24Group.This is a hunter role — your primary focus will be on opening doors, generating new business, and converting prospects into active clients. Through strategic cold calling, outbound outreach, and lead generation, you will be at the forefront of expanding the A24Group's client base. Key Responsibilities

Drive new business acquisition through proactive cold calling, outbound prospecting, and lead generation activities.

Research and identify potential clients.

Develop and execute a structured daily and weekly outreach plan to maintain a consistent and healthy sales pipeline.

Conduct needs analyses with prospective clients and present tailored A24Group staffing solutions.

Schedule and attend sales meetings (virtual) with prospective clients to pitch services and close deals.

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, call volumes, and conversion KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Accurately record all prospecting activity, leads, and opportunities within the CRM / internal systems.

Hand over newly acquired accounts to the Account Management team with a thorough brief to ensure a smooth client transition.

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities to sharpen your sales approach.

Represent the A24Group brand with professionalism, energy, and confidence in all interactions.

 

Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 (tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management is advantageous).

Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in an outbound sales, telesales, or business development role (healthcare or staffing industry experience is a plus, but not essential).

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business / cold calling targets.

Confident and professional telephone manner with strong verbal communication skills.

Written communication skills in English at a professional level.

Comfortable with high-volume outreach and handling objections.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience is beneficial.
