Sales Consultant (IT Recruitment)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Consultant to join our growing team in the IT recruitment industry. This role focuses on business development, lead generation, and relationship-building to expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT recruitment and strong skills in networking, cold calling, and harnessing leads through multiple channels. Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT recruitment market in Australia through strategic planning and targeted outreach.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through face-to-face meetings, online communications, and regular follow-ups.
• Lead Generation: Use various tools, including LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and market research, to generate high-quality leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Conduct cold calls to reach prospective clients and introduce our recruitment services.
• Marketing & Networking: Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage LinkedIn, social media, and other online channels for lead generation and brand awareness.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure alignment and achieve a seamless client experience.
• Lead Nurturing: Manage and nurture leads from initial contact through to client acquisition, ensuring a consistent pipeline.
• Client Relationship Management: Use CRM systems to track, manage, and follow up on leads and client interactions

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within IT recruitment in Australia.
• Proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, and face-to-face sales.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and earn uncapped commission.
