Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce. 職務概要： Salesforceは、世界をリードする#1 AI CRMプロバイダーとして、あらゆる規模と業界の企業が顧客とつながるためのソリューションを提供しています 。 Salesforce Japanでは、当社のコア製品である Agentforce Sales (Sales Cloud) のさらなる成長を牽引する、プロダクトマーケティングマネージャー（PMM）を募集します 。本ポジションの主な役割は、日本市場における製品のGo-to-Market（GTM）戦略の策定と実行、製品の価値を伝えるメッセージングの作成、および営業チームとの連携を通じたビジネスの拡大です 。グローバルな環境において、市場への影響力が大きい製品の成長に直接携わることができるポジションです 。 主な職務内容： 戦略の立案と推進 : Agentforce Sales製品郡の日本市場における普及に向けたGo-to-Market戦略を策定し、実行に移します 。 市場・競合分析 : 市場調査や競合比較を行い、製品の差別化要因の特定や販売戦略の立案を行います 。 メッセージングの構築 : ターゲットとなる業界や企業規模（大手から中小企業、B2B/B2C問わず）に応じ、製品の魅力を分かりやすく伝えるポジショニングを作成します 。 部門間連携 : プロダクト、営業、マーケティングの各チームと密に連携し、マーケティング施策を推進します 。 成果の可視化 : データの分析を通じて施策のパフォーマンスを追跡し、マーケティング活動の最適化を図ります 。 コンテンツの制作 : 製品の価値を顧客へ届けるための資料（データシート、ホワイトペーパー、ウェビナー用資料、動画など）を作成します 。 営業活動の支援 : 営業担当者が円滑に提案活動を行えるよう、セールスイネーブルメントの実施やプレゼン資料、デモ構成、FAQ、競合比較資料などの営業ツールを整備します 。 必要なスキル・経験： 職務経験 : ハイテクまたはSaaS企業でのプロダクトマーケティング経験（3年以上） 、またはCRM・SFA製品（例：Agentforce Sales、Microsoft Dynamics、HubSpot CRM、e-セールスマネージャー、Knowledge Suite、Sansanなど）の自社への導入、または3年以上の運用経験 。 営業プロセスの知識 : 営業の流れや、商談を支援するためのセールスイネーブルメントに関する基礎的な知識 。 分析スキル : データに基づいた判断を行い、営業やマーケティング施策に反映させた経験 。 ドキュメント作成能力 : 情報を整理し、説得力のあるメッセージとして文章や資料にまとめる能力 。 コミュニケーション力 : 多様な部署のメンバーと協力しながら業務を遂行できる調整能力 。 SaaSビジネスへの理解 : SaaS業界の一般的な仕組みや動向に関する理解 。 英語力 : 海外拠点との情報連携や資料の読み込みが可能なレベル（流暢さは問いませんが、単独で米国本社と連携して業務が進められる方を想定しています） 。 歓迎される人物像： 変化の速い環境を前向きに捉え、柔軟に対応できる方 。 生成AIをはじめとする最新のテクノロジーやツールに興味を持ち、活用を模索できる方 。 主体性を持って周囲と連携し、プロジェクトを推進できるリーダーシップをお持ちの方 。 Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
