We Whiten is the fastest-growing teeth whitening brand in America. We are looking for a Junior Studio Partner for our Reno studio. You will learn our high-ticket sales system, master studio operations, and (if you crush your metrics) fast-track into a Studio Partner (Manager) role.

What You Will Actually Do

You will guide clients through the whitening process, perform the treatment, and turn single-visit customers into long-term members.

You aren't just checking people in. You are responsible for hitting daily sales targets through upsells and product attachments.

You will assist the Studio Partner in maintaining a 5-star facility—cleanliness, inventory, and operational excellence are part of the game.
