Scope of Work / Responsibilities
We are looking for a confident and results-driven High-Ticket Sales Closer to join our growing team in the health, wellness, and coaching space.
You will be responsible for handling discovery calls, building trust with prospects, and closing clients on the call.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct Zoom discovery/sales calls
• Build rapport, identify needs, and present the offer
• Handle objections and close clients on the call
• Update CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Work along with Setter
KPIs / Targets:
• Close rate: 25–35%+ of attended calls
• Follow-up close rate: 10–15% from undecided leads
• CRM compliance: 100% of calls logged with notes/tag within 24 hrs
• Calls handled:
• Part-time (25 hrs/week): 10–15 calls/week
Requirements:
• Strong objection handling skills (price, timing, hesitation)
• Confident and persuasive communication style
• Ability to build trust and rapport quickly
• Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working with KPIs and performance target
• Fluent, professional English (spoken and written)
• CRM experience (GoHighLevel preferred)
Key Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in high-ticket sales ($1K–$7K+)
• Proven track record closing on Zoom/phone calls
• Strong objection handling (price, timing, hesitation)
• Experience in health, wellness, or coaching (preferred)
• Fluent, professional English
Basic requirements
• Must be proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly
• Must have relevant work experience
• Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory]
• Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed)
Technical requirements
• Device: Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
• Internet: High-speed connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
• Audio: Noise-canceling headset.
• Video: Webcam for virtual meetings.
• Workspace: Quiet, professional environment
