Job Description
Do you want to learn about immigration processes as you help immigrants and their families access opportunities and build better futures?
Rebecca Kitson Law (RKL) is seeking a high-energy, empathetic, and follow-through–driven professional to join our Client Services Team as a remote Bilingual Client Services Sales Specialist (closer). This role requires someone who excels at building rapport and consistently helping viable cases move forward through compassion, clarity, and a positive, resilient mindset.
Why This Role Matters
This position is often a client’s first experience with the firm. Many families are ready to move forward but need reassurance, guidance, and someone who truly listens. The specialist in this role produces viable cases, supports clients through fear or uncertainty, and uses thoughtful persistence to help them take the important step of opening their case. This hybrid position combines front-end intake with post-consultation onboarding and sales conversion. You will support initial screenings, assist with consultations, and then lead clients from interest to case opening through accurate quoting, consistent follow-ups, and strong relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
Intake & Initial Screening (front):
Conduct initial and detailed immigration screenings to identify viable cases.
Build rapport with compassion, active listening, and cultural humility.
Screen accurately for information on family and humanitarian immigration options.
Collect consultation fees and maintain organized consultation scheduling and documentation.
Log intakes for legal assessment, track outcomes, and follow viable vs. non-viable procedures.
Onboarding, Conversion & Follow-Through (back):
Conduct proactive daily outreach- including calls, texts, and emails—to answer questions, address concerns, and help clients move forward.
Use empathy, professionalism, and consistent follow-through to build trust and encourage viable clients to open their case.
Track all steps and client communications accurately using internal tools.
Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented, and persistent approach, with the clear goal of converting viable leads into active cases.
Required Qualifications
Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, writing, listening).
Strong ability to build trust through a warm, compassionate, people-centered approach.
Comfortable with sales outreach and encouraging clients to take action.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and task tracking.
Ability to work independently, manage time well, and stay focused in a remote environment.
Strong typing, math, and auditing skills.
Windows computer required (not Mac).
Preferred Attributes
Prior legal sales or immigration client-service experience strongly preferred.
Naturally calm, patient, and emotionally grounded during difficult conversations.
Highly proactive, persistent, and internally motivated.
Thrives in a role where compassion and sales-driven follow-through work together.
Knowledgeable with CRM and software such as Monday.com, Lawmatics, Microsoft or similar.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly pay in USD
Performance-based incentives
Paid training on RKL procedures and systems (you are expected to come ready with required skills)
Paid U.S. holidays, daily wellness breaks, and other bonuses to support well-being
To Apply and About This Role:
Your resume/CV in English
A short video introduction describing your experience with legal sales, follow-through, compassion and why these matter in immigration work.
This opportunity is structured as a fully remote independent contractor engagement, requiring 40 project-hours per week. It is not considered employment and does not create an employer–employee relationship.
All project hours are to be performed in alignment with U.S. Mountain Time and must account for annual daylight savings changes.
