We’re looking for a Junior Studio Partner (Sales Consultant / Sales Associate) for our Cherry Creek location. This role is ideal for motivated sales professionals who value performance-based growth, client relationships, and consistent advancement opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Deliver exceptional client consultations and whitening experiences

Master our structured sales process to close treatment plans, memberships, and product sales

Meet and exceed sales targets for revenue, rebooks, and retail performance

Maintain operational compliance and studio presentation standards

Work closely with your Studio Partner to refine sales strategy and leadership skills

You’ll Succeed Here If You Have:

2+ years of commission-based sales experience (fitness, med spa, leasing, aesthetics, solar, or automotive)

Strong communication and closing skills

Coachable, competitive, and self-motivated mindset

Availability for evenings and weekends
