Your daily challenge is supporting our Sales Managers being responsible for the sales back-office processes until our fruits & vegetables reach our clients.

Your passion - our daily business

Your proactivity and communication skills are asked to assure a timely correct order management on an operative level:

You will be responsible for the whole sales administration to serve correctly our clients
You will oversee and assure order changes, client notifications, logistics, claims as well as follow up the orders
You will handle any kind of incidents regarding the sales process – so changes and incidents won’t make you lose your temper!
During the whole process you are also responsible for the data management in our system as well as the invoice management
You will participate in the On-Call System

What you’ll bring along

Studies in Economics, International Business, Vocational Business Training or similar
Language skills are as important as communication skills: you are fluent in Spanish and you have good level of English.
Experience in commercial administration in a similar position
Experience in the Fruit & Vegetable sector is a plus
Excellent handling of Outlook and MS
Knowledge in AX o SAP are a plus
